• Pros & Cons

  Pros:
  Gracie is very agile and flexible, able to wriggle out of grips and grasps much like a serpent. Her footsteps leave no sound, walking silently on bare feet, but this is a double edged sword as her skirts are dotted with tiny brass bells. She is in no way meant for stealth.
  
  Gracie can read twitches and ticks, being able to quite successfully call people out on their bullshit. Don't play poker with her.
  
  She is a very empathetic being, she will feel you before she knows you. She is able to directly relate to sorrow and happiness, feeling much the same joy her companion does. As a self defense mechanism, this can be turned on and off at will. Unless you know otherwise, consider her empathy "on."
  
  She is not a magical being in the traditional sense, but she does have increased healing, and has a very adept relationship with nature. She is able to charm small creatures (Birds, squirrels, snakes, deer, etc) into assisting her or calming down greatly. She also has the ability to coax natural regeneration out of plants. She can stifle direct body bleeds provided they would not be lethal, and has the ability to encourage (but not force) the natural regeneration and mending of flesh.
  
  Grace has the uncanny ability to memorize music after hearing it once, and being able to replay it accurately upon her violin or flute. She is a dancer, but not the exotic sort. She prefers dancing for beauty and expression, not sexuality. Her dances often verge on ritualistic, if anything.
  
  She is appears weightless. If you were to place her on a weight scale, she would register 100 pounds even. But if she were to sit upon your lap, she would be nearly weightless. Attempting to throw or topple the woman would result in the sensation of throwing 100 pounds, she will not be tossed away in a breeze as she is not actually weightless. When she is dropped or falls of her own volition (meaning she was not aggressively thrown or attacked), she will flutter to the ground. All other situations will have her fall like any other creature affected by gravity.
  
  Due to her fae ancestry, she is immune to any "mortal" disease.
  

  

  
  Cons:
  She is very weak, it wouldn't take much to rend her off her feet if you were able to strike her.
  
  She grows incapacitated if she is kept from her staff for too long (4+ weeks) or is not within "hearing" distance of it (2+ stories.)
  
  She is somewhat naive, but will not believe everything she is told. She tends to be skeptical when she cannot decide whether or not something is true, don't think you can easily pull the wool over her eyes, but she can be tricked into believing things, if you're sly enough.
  
  She is greatly and adversely affected by poisons, especially so herbicides.

  she often finds herself very emotionally attached to people, especially if they have undergone great suffering or loss. Grace is able to feel as they feel with startling accuracy. This can lead to some uncomfortable one-sided relationships, often causing her to get quite clingy.
  
  She has strict dietary restrictions, and she would rather starve herself than break most of her dietary "rules." She is very picky about the food she consumes, so she does end up being very high maintenance in this regard.
  
  She needs occasional outdoor freedom in order to maintain her health. She is a very nature-based creature, and she must commune with nature for mental and physical health.
  
  Situational: Wood nymph culture instills a free spirited nature in its members. They love truly, deeply, and they love freely. Gracie's caste are rarely monogamous, and this can be a problem for any romantic interest. Sex is seen more as a warm welcome and holds no taboo, as does nudity. It is done freely and openly, sometimes with many participants. Gracie is not against exclusivity or monogamy, but it would be a difficult change for her.
